Frederick Turner
Frederick Turner, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus in the Political
Science Department at UConn and teaches political science
and sociology at Bulkeley High School in Hartford. A specialist
in the areas of Mexican and South American democratization,
Dr. Turner has many publications in both English and Spanish.
and tenures teaching at Harvard, Yale, University of Connecticut,
and Universidad de San Andres.

democratic and non-democratic states.

- Analysis of the organization and operation of the American
political system.
